New Delhi: Buoyed by exit poll predictions, the Delhi BJP is set for a grand celebration on Tuesday, when the counting of votes for the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections will take place.

Workers have already made arrangements for music, garlands and lots of sweets in anticipation of the third term of the Narendra Modi government.

“From dhol, tasha and nafiri to sweets, everything is being organized on a large scale,” said a local BJP leader.

He said, the center of fun will be the main BJP headquarters located on Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg.

Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha candidate Praveen Khandelwal expressed confidence that the BJP-led NDA will return to power for the third time with a clean sweep in the national capital.

Khandelwal said, "I organized Sundar Kand recitation and Hanuman Chalisa recitation on the eve of counting of votes. I am confident of BJP's victory on all seven seats in Delhi."

BJP candidates also conducted a detailed training session for the party's counting agents at the Marina Dream Banquet Hall on Monday.

In the session, the workers were asked to take all the precautions to be taken during the counting process. Khandelwal said, he was given information about the rights and duties of the counting agents.

Voting for the seven-phase general election of 2024, covering 543 constituencies, began on April 19 and ended on June 1.
