London: India's Yuki Bhambri and his French partner Albano Olivetti crashed out of the second round of the Wimbledon Championships after losing to Germany's Kevin Kravitz and Tim Puetz in three sets here.

On Friday, the Indo-French pair squandered a one-game lead and lost to the eighth-seeded German 6-4, 4-6, 3-6 in two hours and five minutes.

Bhambri and Olivetti had defeated the Kazakh pair of Alexander Bublik and Alexander Shevchenko in the preliminary round.

Experienced Rohan Bopanna and his Australian teammate Matthew Ebden will be in action on Saturday.

The second seeds, the defending Australian Open champions, will face Germany's Hendrik Jebens and Constantin Frantzen in the second round.

Bopanna is the only Indian left in the tournament as Olympic-bound Sumit Nagal and N Sriram bowed out of the tournament earlier this week.
