According to the organisers, Rongali which is a platform for entrepreneurship with a huge exhibition of products from Assam has become the major attraction for the people.

The Rongali Music Awards also honored some of the outstanding musical talents of Assam, and the Rongali Entrepreneurship Award was also given to encourage the entrepreneurial culture of Assam.

The festival featured concerts, dances and displays of cultures of different tribes. Apart from this, food items from different tribes were also available in the festival.
