New Delhi, Ashiana Housing Limited plans to launch four projects in this financial year as part of its expansion plan.

Ashiana Housing said that two of the four projects will be located in Jaipur and Chennai.

Ankur Gupta, joint managing director of Ashiana Housing, said that in the current financial year the company wants to acquire 25-30 lakh square feet for development.

Ashiana Housing currently operates five senior living projects in Bhiwadi NCR, Lavasa-Pune, Chennai and Jaipur, comprising over 2,500 units and housing over 2,500 senior citizens.

The company reported revenue of Rs 1,800 crore in 2023-24.

“We are expecting a revenue of Rs 2,000 crore in the current financial year,” Gupta said.

India's population aged 60 and above is projected to reach 340 million by 2050, increasing the demand for senior living communities that provide a mix of health care, security and social interaction.

Ashiana Housing said it is well positioned to meet this demand.
