New Delhi, Skincare start-up Asaya on Thursday said it has raised Rs 12 crore in seed funding led by OTP Ventures and Huddle Ventures with additional investment from Eternal Capital.

The fresh funds will be used to research and develop more products that address melanin-specific needs, in addition to expanding market reach, the company said in a statement.

“This funding will help us reach more than 20,000 to 250,000 consumers over the next 12 months,” Asaya Co- said. “We will accelerate our communication efforts and service delivery to provide faster and more informative service to our rapidly growing customer base.” "Planning to significantly expand capabilities."
