Arsenal are top targets to sign RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Cesco. According to a report from The Athletic, the Slovenian forward has a reported release clause of €65 million and the Gunners may want to spend the cash on someone with Sesko's profile.

The only doubt in Arsenal's mind is whether Sekou's output at the club can exceed that of Kai Havertz. The team is also in talks with Napoli over Victor Osimhen, who is worth more than €100 million, which is too difficult for most European clubs.

The report adds that the North London club are also eyeing Newcastle duo Alexander Isak and Bruno Guimaraes, but a move is highly unlikely due to the hefty price tag set by the Toons for their two star players.

Martin Zubamendi and Joao Neves are two of Arteta's favorite players in midfield and he will be hoping to open talks regarding the players.

The team will use the same transfer strategy they adopted last summer, which was to close all incoming signings before the start of the preseason, giving the team enough time to adjust to the newly arriving players.

Players like Eddie Nketiah, Reiss Nelson and Aaron Ramsdale, along with Albert Sambi Lokonga, Emile Smith Rowe and Kieran Tierney are likely to be gone due to lack of game time.
