Kher also called for legal action against the attacker. He was speaking to the media on the sidelines of Star of India Awards 2024 in Mumbai.

The veteran actor, who has always supported Kangana and recently congratulated her on her win in Mandi, has expressed his outrage over Slapgate.

She said, "It is completely inappropriate for a woman to abuse her position and resort to physical violence against another woman. Legal action should be taken in response to this."

"Expressing anger is understandable, but committing such acts is regrettable and unacceptable," Kher said.

The actor concluded, "Whatever Kangana's status as an MP or an actress, she is first and foremost a woman. Any kind of violence against a woman or anyone else is unjust."

On the work front, the actor has once again donned the role of a director, and his film 'Tanvi The Great' will be releasing soon.
