Visakhapatnam, Janasena founder and actor Pawan Kalyan has said politics is not five-minute noodles and one cannot expect quick results as leaders have to earn the trust of the people by facing turmoil and setbacks.

Janasena, TDP and BJP are the NDA allies in Andhra Pradesh for the elections to be held on May 13.

Comparing the National Democratic Alliance's vision for Andhra Pradesh with that of the ruling YSR Congress Party in the state, he said the former has people with more credible leadership, commitment and experience.

He appealed to the people to vote for the alliance, alleging that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had completely damaged and disorganized the state during the last five years.

“You have to understand.We all think politics is a fast food (and expect fast food results. You want to make it quick. You want quick results. It's not five-minute Maggi noodles. When I see Lok Nayak Jai Prakash, when I look at Raman Lohia, all the elders, even Mr Kanshi Ram, what they lost and what they gained, it is like a political journey that keeps going on,'' said the actor-politician. Told the ideologies.He further said that people have to trust that their leadership can withstand political hurdles, obstacles and unrest.

"I feel I have achieved that role now. Its result will be clearly seen in the coming elections," the Janasena leader said.

On the issue of "special category status" promised to Andhra Pradesh by the Congress and BJP during the bifurcation of the southern state, Kalyan said I am "boiled milk" and it has taken a different form.

Responding to a question about the Congress party, he said that though he personally admires Rahul Gandhi for his marathon padayatra from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, the oldest party, which was once the backbone of Andhra Pradesh, Made a big mistake for the state."The Congress has really made a big mistake. Under the seat-sharing agreement between the NDA allies, TDP was allotted 14 assembly and 17 Lok Sabha constituencies, while the BJP will contest six Lok Sabha and 10 assembly seats.Janasena will contest elections on two Lok Sabha and 21 assembly seats.

Elections for the 175-member Assembly and 25 Lok Sabha seats of Andhra Pradesh are to be held on May 13.
