Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh) [India], Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh organized 'Praja Darbar' at his residence in Undavalli on Sunday.

Lokesh launched "Praja Darbar" on Saturday to directly interact with the people of his constituency Mangalagiri and address their grievances.

In a press release, the TDP had said that he would meet the local people every morning at his residence and listen to their problems and provide solutions.

Nara Lokesh assured the people participating in the Praja Darbar today that he will always stand with them.

"Lokesh actively participated in the Praja Darbar for the second consecutive day on Sunday to get first-hand information about the problems being faced by the people of his home constituency Mangalagiri.People of Mangalagiri gathered in large numbers at the program and expressed their views, "Problems for Lokesh," a TDP press release said.

Representatives of Andhra Pradesh Vegu Teachers Association appealed to Lokesh to regularize the services of 2,193 employees who are now on contract basis. Jagdish, a student, appealed to the minister to take steps to pay the outstanding fee reimbursement to Nuzvid College so that he can get back his polytechnic certificate from the college.

Non-teaching staff of Acharya Nagarjuna University wanted their retirement age increased to 62 years, while Sheikh Nazina of Mangalagiri wanted financial assistance for her five-month-old nephew who is suffering from a strange disease. K Kiran Babu of Tadepalli wanted employment for himself and his sister Mounika, who had completed her MBA.B. Srinivasa Rao, a particularly capable man from Tadepalli, informs Lokesh that though he is now 40 years old, he has not got any kind of employment till now and he wants him to provide him with some kind of livelihood. Let it be done.

Yeramsetti Sriramulu and Bothala Maruthi Prasad of Radha Ranga Nagar in Vaddeswaram wanted some shelter to be provided to them as they do not have any house till now.

Anganwadi assistant Kolanukonda Rajeshwari of Vundavalli told Lokesh that the previous government did not give her promotion and requested Lokesh to direct the concerned authorities to approve her promotion file. Accepting all these appeals of the people, Lokesh promised them to take necessary steps to solve their problems as soon as possible.
