New Delhi [India], Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Swati Maliwal on Friday hit out at the party, alleging that an attempt was made to portray her as a "villain", while Delhi Chief Minister's aide Vibhav Kumar Shown as a "hero". During the entire fight, he said, "But the truth is that when I was being beaten badly in Arvind Kejriwal's drawing room, he did not come." No one came to save me. And a trial was conducted outside the court in which I was declared guilty. Till date neither he called me, nor came to meet me, nor did he help me anywhere. The entire party and he is currently standing with Vibhav Kumar. So in such a situation, I am very upset because Arvind Kejriwal, who expresses his opinion on every issue, did not find it necessary to support me on my issue, take a stand for me or talk on my issue," Maliwal said. Bibhav Kumar beat me very badly in Arvind Kejriwal's drawing room and as soon as I filed a complaint in this matter, the entire party's resources and leadership were used against me.'' Every day I was embarrassed, my character was defamed," Maliwal told ANI on Friday, adding that Vibhav Kumar was accompanying Kejriwal during his visit to Lucknow and Amritsar to campaign for the Lok Sabha elections. "As soon as Delhi Police arrested Vibhav Kumar Arvind Kejriwal himself and the entire party came out on the streets to protest against his arrest.An attempt was made to show that he is the hero and I am the villain." The AAP MP said Maliwal expressed confidence in the judiciary in this case and said, "Today I have been left alone in this entire fight because I have Case has been filed.'' Complaint against Bibhav Kumar I am fighting this battle alone and will continue to fight till the end. Because I know that what I have said is the absolute truth. My only hope for justice in this entire fight is from the court.'' Earlier in the day, Delhi's Tiz Hazari court had sent Bibhav Kumar to 14-day judicial custody in the case of alleged attack on Maliwal. Kumar was produced before the court after his three-day police custody period on May 28 ended on Friday.He was arrested by the Delhi Police on May 18. In connection with the case, Maliwal had filed a complaint with the Delhi Police against Vibhav Kumar on May 14, a day after the alleged attack. A day later, Vibhav Kumar filed a counter-complaint with the police, accusing Maliwal of 'unauthorised entry' into the CM's Civil Lines residence and 'verbally abusing' him. A case was registered against Bibhav Kumar and a Special Investigation Team (SIT). Based on Maliwal's complaint, a committee was formed to investigate the matter. Bibhav was arrested by Delhi Police on 19 May.
