New Delhi, Amplus on Tuesday said it has commissioned a 73.4 MW peak (MWP) solar power project in Uttar Pradesh.

The company said in a statement that the said project in Jhansi is its third solar open-access plant in UP.

The company further said that with the latest project its operational open-access capacity in the state exceeds 200 MW.

The clean energy solutions provider said the plant is expected to reduce 1,16,716.1 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually.

The company did not disclose the value of the project.
