In a throwback video that is doing rounds on the internet shows Big B recalling the shoot of the song alongside Parveen Babi.
Amitabh says, "There was a song which was picturized with Parveen Babi on a horse drawn on a horse. The horse in it was a small Lilliputian horse. Because producer Manmohan Desai sahab wanted this particular type of horse in that sequence. Got this horse from Pune for this." (There was a song which was picturised on a horse with Parveen Babi. The horse that was in the song was a bit like a Lilliputian horse. Because producer Manmohan Desai wanted this particular type of horse he brought this horse from Pune for the sequence. )
He went on to say, "Wherever I showed you, I took you here. He was hitched to a horse, and both of us were made to sit in it... and whenever he wanted to go, he would go to where the camera was." He was not there. He turned to look at the camera and went the other way." (He was given a yoke, and both of us were made to sit in it… whenever we asked him to walk, he did not go to the place where the camera was. He turned around and walked the other way.)
"We fed him a lot, tried a lot, tried a lot to make him go, but it did not happen. Then Manmohan Desai said that by keeping the camera on him, he is giving the impression of seeing him.. from this face, why is he a fake? Keep the camera pointed at us so that when we look at the fake camera, we will get the shot. But that horse was smarter than us.
