New Delhi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday said India's journey of development and glory will continue uninterrupted under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the people of Varanasi will again bless him with victory by a record margin.
The Prime Minister on Tuesday filed his nomination from the Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency, seeking re-election from the seat for the third consecutive time. Several NDA leaders and Chief Ministers attended the event. Shah was also present on this occasion.
Shah wrote on 'X' in Hindi, "Hearty congratulations to the successful Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on filing nomination for the third consecutive time from Kashi, the city of Baba Vishwanath, the center of Indian culture."
The senior BJP leader said that in 10 years, Modi has brought world-class development not only in Kashi (Varanasi) but in the entire country.
"He has also enhanced the spiritual and cultural heritage of India. I pray to Baba Vishwanath and Ganga 'Maiya' that India's journey of development and glory continues uninterrupted under the leadership of Modi.
