The actor, who is an avid biker, expressed his love for embarking on long rides on his bike to explore different corners of the country.

Talking about his favorite destinations, Amit told IANS, "My favorite destinations are Ladakh, Uttarakhand and Punjab for amazing food."

He said, "Waja bad jaayega toh kya hua (Weight may increase, but it doesn't matter)" as he seemed confident in shedding the extra pounds quickly due to his rigorous fitness regimen.

The actor also said that the newly opened areas in Kashmir are his favorite places to visit apart from his film sets.

When the actor was asked about a travel hack, he said: "Throw away the GPS, and get lost in the arms of nature."

Last year, Amit decided to take a break from his hectic work schedule, and set out on a month-long motorcycle trip across India, covering a total distance of 528 kilometres.

The ride proved to be an introspective journey for the actor and redefined his definitions of adventure, culture and personal transformation.

During his bike journey, Amit interacted with his fans, farmers, villagers, truck drivers and even the royal family of Balasinor on the highways. He stopped at Balasinor and had dinner with the royal family.
