New Delhi: Aqasa Air will launch flights to Jeddah from July 15, making the Saudi Arabian city the airline's second international destination.

The less than two-year-old airline started flights to Qatar's capital Doha on March 28.

"From July 15, 2024, Aqasa Air will operate daily direct flights connecting Jeddah to Mumbai and will further enhance this connectivity to operate 1 direct flights a week with effect from July 21, 2024. Starting after the commencement of operations from Mumbai There will be 2 weekly direct flights connecting Jeddah to Ahmedabad from July 20, 2024,” the airline said in the release on Monday.

The airline also has traffic rights to Kuwait and Riyadh and will rapidly expand its global presence in the coming months, the release said.
