New Delhi [India], The All India Football Association on Tuesday organized a workshop on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the Football House, Delhi.
The workshop was attended by AIFF Executive Committee members, representatives of Member/State Associations and Football House staff.
The session was moderated by Preeti Pahwa from eMinds Legal, Gurugram. During the session, Pahwa highlighted all the important provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 as well as the new AIFF Policy on Prohibition, Prevention and Redressal of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace (AIFF POSH Policy).
