The AIFF PoSH Policy, which is based on the PoSH Act 2013, aims to ensure a safe and inclusive environment within the football community. It has been carefully drafted and scrutinized by the AIFF legal team to adhere to high standards of compliance and efficacy.

AIFF acting general secretary M Satyanarayana said, “The POSH policy was much needed, especially for AIFF employees. We have drafted and incorporated the policies as per the POSH Act of 2013 and policies of some other organizations and incorporated them into our policy.

“Our PoSH policy is designed to be changed and adapted as we move forward. Along with this, we also plan to have an expert on POSH policy who will address our employees at least three times a year to remind them of it,” he said.

“It is important, especially for our junior and women's teams. We believe that it is important for all stakeholders working in various positions to have complete information about the POSH policy.”

The AIFF is dedicated to upholding the principles of fairness, integrity and equality.
