While Omar Abdullah accepted defeat from Awami Ittihad Party (AIP) Engineer Rashid, Mehbooba Mufti accepted defeat from NC candidate Mian Altaf Ahmed.

NC's Syed Ruhullah is comfortably off against his PDP rival Waheed Parra, whom he is leading by over 1,40,000 votes.
In Jammu Lok Sabha seat, BJP's Jugal Kishore Sharma is leading over Congress's Raman Bhalla, while BJP's Jitendra Singh has taken an unassailable lead over his rival Chaudhary Lal Singh of Congress.
Out of total 5 Lok Sabha seats in Jammu and Kashmir, 2 have gone to BJP, 2 to NC and 1 to an independent candidate.
