Yashasree, who plays Bela in 'Dabangi Mulgi Aayi Re Aayi', said, “We celebrate Gudi Padwa by starting the day with puja, then we hoist jaggery and offer delicious Shrikhand Puri. This is my Padwa ritual. One of my memories of Gudi Padwa ritual has always been about whose Gudi was the tallest.
“My entire family comes together and decorates the entrance of our house with rangoli and flowers/mango leaves archway.After the puja, the Gudi is hoisted outside the house. This is one of the few times when we all get together to enjoy each and every moment as a family,'' he added.
Sayli said: "For Maharashtrians, Gudi Padwa is a day of new beginnings. While the world celebrates New Year on January 1, we celebrate it on this day.
