AAP will also revive its Tiranga shakhas, which are weekly meetings of local people, through which the party was implementing various social projects till last year.

When party MP and UP in-charge Sanjay Singh was jailed, AAP became almost inactive.

While AAP did not contest any seats in UP during the Lok Sabha elections, it had actively campaigned for India Bloc's allies Samajwadi Party and Congress.

After being released from jail, Sanjay Singh addressed several joint and solo rallies and press conferences with SP chief Akhilesh Yadav.

“The budget session of Parliament will begin on July 22 and will continue till August 12. Only after its conclusion will we finally be able to shift our focus here. Sanjay Singh said, the current BJP led central government is not going to last for more than a year and we will ensure that the momentum gained by the opposition in this election is not lost.

Sanjay Singh is meeting party workers in Sultanpur, Chandauli, Varanasi and Ayodhya and discussed with them the party's strategy for the coming days.

“We are ready for a long fight against the ruling party and will also rejuvenate the AAP organisation,” he told reporters. There is an atmosphere of enthusiasm in the party and we will fight with new enthusiasm.
