NEW DELHI: AA Plus Tradelink Ltd, which trades metals and petrochemical products, has entered agri input business and purchased specialty fertilizers and pesticides worth Rs 44 crore from Murray Organiso Ltd.
According to a regulatory filing on Monday, these agricultural products will be sold in both international and domestic markets over the next six months.
The company said it has forayed into agricultural solutions and products and has purchased specialty fertilizers and pesticides from Murray Organizer Ltd with a total investment of Rs 44.13 crore, the filing said.
AA+ Tradelink said this new venture would generate substantial returns.
“We estimate profit margins between 8.5 percent and 13 percent,” it said.
Mumbai-based AA Plus Tradelink primarily trades commodities including metals, petroleum and petrochemical products.
