Imphal: A massive fire broke out in a building near the official bungalow of Chief Minister N Biren Singh in the Manipur Secretariat complex on Saturday evening. Police gave this information.

At least three fire engines were pressed into service to control the fire.

An official said that the cause of the fire is not yet known.
