Thrissur (Kerala): A 27-year-old man died after he was allegedly beaten up while mediating a family dispute near Cherpu in this district, police said on Monday.
Manu (27) was attacked by three people with hockey sticks late on Sunday night.
He said that the deceased and the accused had attempted to resolve a family dispute in Shivapuram Colony, which resulted in a minor clash.
Later, Manu went to the hospital to get treated for his injuries and when he was returning home, the three accused attacked him and fled.
He told that Manu suffered head injury due to which he died, after which all three were arrested.
