In her FIR lodged at Talkatora police station, the victim said the accused took her to a hotel near Alambagh bus stand in October 2023 and made her drink cold drinks laced with intoxicants before sexually assaulting her.
The victim said in the FIR that after this the accused took nude photographs.
Since then, the accused has been blackmailing the woman over phone, demanding money and threatening to post her nude photos on social media. Till now the accused has forcibly taken Rs 50 thousand from the victim.
When the accused started demanding Rs 1 lakh, the victim informed her family.
The victim told that the accused works as a driver in a school located in Dadar, Mumbai.
According to the victim's family, the accused is continuously calling the victim's mobile and issuing threats.
The victim, who was working as a teacher in a private school in Talkatora, has also left the job due to mental harassment.
Talkatora police station in-charge K.C. Dubey said that an FIR has been registered under relevant sections and the accused will be arrested soon.
