The list, released by the Union Terrorism Division of the Union Home Ministry, the cadre-controlling authority, contains the names of 33 IAS officers and 45 IPS officers.

Among the transferred IAS officers are Ajay Kumar Gupta of Delhi, a 2010 batch officer and currently District Magistrate of South East Delhi, and Monica Priyadarshini, Special Commissioner for Industries, who have been posted to Dadra and Nagar UT Haveli and Daman and Diu, while Bhupesh Chaudhary, director of Higher Education, and Shashanka Ala have been transferred to Ladakh. The last three are officers from the 2014 batch.

Prerna Puri, 2006 batch officer and CEO of JakeGA (Information Technology Department of Jammu and Kashmir E-Governance Agency), will move to Chandigarh.

The displaced IPS officers include Delhi Police Joint Commissioners Tusar Taba (2002 batch), Hibu Tamang and P.N. Khrimey (2004 batch). All three have been shifted to Arunachal Pradesh.

Five district chiefs of Delhi Police have also been transferred: DCP, South West, Rohit Meena will go to Mizoram, DCP, North, Manoj Kumar Meena, DCP, North West, Jitendra Kumar Meena, and DCP, South East, Rajesh Deo have been transferred . sent to Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and DCP, North East, Dr. Joy Tirkey to Arunachal Pradesh.

Mahendra Nath Tiwari, a 2004 batch officer and currently posted as Inspector General of Jammu Armed Police, has been transferred to Delhi, as have Sanjay Kumar Tyagi (2008 batch) and Monika Bhardwaj (2009 batch) from the islands Andaman and Nicobar, Amit Roy. (2009 batch) and Mohd Akhtar Rizvi (2011) from Arunachal Pradesh, and Mohammed Ali and Bhisham Singh (both 2012 batch) from Mizoram.

Delhi Police PRO Suman Nalwa (2011 batch) has been transferred to Arunachal Pradesh.

While the transfers have immediate effect, the Home Ministry said that the movement of officials to and from Jammu and Kashmir will take place only after the completion of the electoral process in the UT.
