Jaipur: Three people were killed and two others injured after their car collided with a tree in Rajasthan's Banswara district. Police gave this information on Saturday.

The accident happened late on Friday night on the Bagidaura-Kalinjara National Highway when the five were returning after having dinner from a restaurant.

According to the police, all five worked in a finance company in Banswara. The car was traveling at high speed and crashed into a tree.

DSP Vinay Chaudhary said, "Three people died and two others were injured in the accident. They were returning after having dinner when the accident happened."

The deceased have been identified as Kuldeep Kansara, Ajay Maida and Shayan Yusuf. The injured are undergoing treatment at MG Hospital in Banswara.
