Speaking exclusively to ANI, Tripura Board of Secondary Education chairman Dr Dhananjoy Gan Chowdhury said that this year a total of 2,042 students applied for revision of their answer scripts, of which 747 students got changes in their results . He further said that only 21 students had passed the exams at the end of the review.

"This year, for the revision of the answer scripts for the Madhyamik exams, a total of 2,042 students appeared. Of them, 747 students had their results changed, and only 21 students passed the exams after the examination was held. review. Also, seven students were given the opportunity to appear for the Bachar Bachao exam. The Bachar Bachao exam is conducted for students who have failed only two subjects," Chowdhury said.

In the case of higher secondary exams, he said none of the students could pass the exams after checking the answer scripts.

"A total of 1,385 students applied for review of the results of the senior secondary examinations. After carrying out the review, only 510 students changed their results. No students were able to obtain passing grades and only one student was able to qualify for the senior secondary examinations. Bachar Bachao after the review of results," he added.

The Board has also issued notifications asking students to fill up the forms to appear for the Bachar Bachao exams, which are likely to be held in the last week of July.

"The Board authorities have issued a notification asking students to fill forms from July 8 to 11 to appear for the Bachar Bachao exam. Students will have to fill the form from their respective schools and the board will receive the forms on July 12 to 15. The Bachar Bachao exams are likely to be held in the last week of July,” he added.

Previously, a total of 29,534 students passed the Madyamik exams, along with 20,095 students passed the higher secondary exam.
