Rudraprayag (Uttarakhand) [India], Devotees enjoyed a smooth and uninterrupted darshan experience at Kedarnath Dham, due to the assistance provided by Rudraprayag Police, amid the ongoing Char Dham Yatra.

Police said security personnel are deployed to ensure cooperation and maintain security. "There are security personnel deployed at every point and at a fixed distance in the line system for cooperation and security," the police said.

Rudraprayag Police has also advised the devotees to come on Kedarnath Dham Yatra only after completing their registration.It is noteworthy that the Uttarakhand government has made registration mandatory for all the pilgrims coming for Chardham Yatra. State Chief Secretary Radha Raturi issued an advisory for compulsory registration on May 22.

Due to closure of offline registration in Haridwar and Rishikesh, now devotees can come on Chardham Yatra only after online registration.

According to an official release, this step has been taken keeping in mind the safety and convenience of the pilgrims.

According to the advisory, pilgrims have been asked to undertake the yatra only after registration.If they come without registration, they may be stopped at the barrier or checkpoint. And if this happens then they will have to face great inconvenience.

Passengers have been advised to come for the journey only on the scheduled date after registration. Go on the same path to the Dham for which you are coming for darshan.

Tour and travel agencies making travel arrangements have also been asked to ensure whether passengers have registered or not.

Raturi had sent a letter to the Chief Secretaries of all the states and union territories of the country, informing them that the state government has implemented mandatory reservation system for the devotees coming on Chardham Yatra.

The Chief Secretary in his letter said, "The Government of Uttarakhand has implemented a system of compulsory registration for all pilgrims wishing to undertake the Chardham Yatra. The objective of this measure is to streamline the pilgrimage process and ensure the safety and convenience of the devotees.,

The Hindu pilgrimage Char Dham circuit includes four sites: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. Yamuna River originates from Yamunotri Glacier in Uttarakhand. Every year during summer, the pilgrimage season for Char Dham Yatra is at its peak in Uttarakhand.
