New Delhi: Famous Sufi singers Shahid Niazi and Sami Niazi of the famous Qawwal troupe 'Niazi Brothers' will perform in the national capital during 'Jashn-e-Qawwali' on Friday.

The music festival, now in its third edition, will be organized by Delhi-based NG Wishes & Blessings at the Kamani Auditorium.

"It is our privilege to perform for the third time for a noble cause. NG has been doing tremendous work for the last 10 years and this is a step forward from us towards the good wishes and blessings. We hope that we will be able to celebrate 'Jash-e-Qawali' Will give my best performance in Delhi on 10th May,' Shahid Niazi said in a statement.

Hailing from the famous Rampur Gharana, the Niazi brothers have earned international acclaim for their versatile musical talent in qawwali naats, ghazals, bhajans, songs, folk and more.

This year's concert aims to raise funds for the expansion of the NGO's newly launched community kitchen – WB Rasoi.

According to the organizers, this time they are organizing this concert with the aim of collecting contributions to provide food, a basic need for any human being.
