Directed by 'A Wednesday' and 'Special 26' fame Neeraj Pandey, the film stars Jimmy Shergill, Saiee Manjrekar and Shantanu Maheshwari. It is a musical romantic drama set 23 years between 2000 and 2023.

Last year in December, Ajay had told X that the film will release in theaters on April 26, 2024.
However, the release date was again shifted to Eid al-Adha in June, around the same time as Kangana Ranaut-starrer 'Emergency' and Kartik Aryan starrer 'Chandu Champion'.
Presented by NH Studios, the film is produced by Friday Filmworks, Shita Bhatia, Narendra Hirawat and Kumar Mangat Pathak (Panorama Studios) in association with Mangal Murthy Films.
It is now ready for theatrical release on July 5.
