Given that they can't afford any pets, given that they barely spend time at home, they have started taking care of the furry friends who live on their sets.

Abrar and Rachi have started treating stray dogs, especially the dogs on the set, as their own dogs. For Abrar, spending time with vagabonds is 'therapeutic'.

He said, “I have always been a huge lover of pets and after meeting Rachi and knowing our mutual love for these furry friends, we spend most of our time with them when we are not shooting Playing with them and taking care of them helps us relax in between scenes and they actually come running to us whenever we call them. “It’s always a good feeling to be around.”

Rachi Sharma told that she wanted to adopt a dog or cat since childhood but she never got a chance to do so.

She said: “My mother used to tell me that I could keep one when I grew up, only if I was able to take care of them. Although I have managed to save a dog at my home in Indore as there are people there to take proper care of it, but here in Mumbai since I live alone, I cannot afford to keep a dog.

She further said, 'My working hours are not fixed and due to the busy shooting schedule, I cannot take responsibility and live up to it. So, all the stray dogs and cats on our sets are like my pets and I love spending time with them. Whenever Abrar and I get time in between shots, we play with them.
