Addressing a massive rally in Karnataka's Davangere city, the Prime Minister said: "Modi is also the guarantee of development. You (people) have seen it in the last 10 years. Criticizing Congress, PM Modi said that despite the murder of the daughter in broad daylight, the party is doing vote bank politics.
