The film is the sequel to the 2022 Gujarati film 'Fakt Mahilao Mate', in which Big B also played a special role. The cast includes Yash Soni, Mitra Gadhvi, Isha Kansara and Darshan Jariwala.

'Phakt Purusho Maate' is written and directed by Jai Bodas and Parth Trivedi. The film is expected to release around Janmashtami in 2024.
