VMP Chandigarh [India], May 31: The 4th Chandigarh Music and Film Festival concluded successfully with over 29 film screenings, a dozen sessions and multiple events that brought together the youth from acclaimed actors filmmakers and National Award winning film stars, celebrities. Gave inspiration. And the cast includes Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Madhu Bhandarkar, Kiran Juneja, Govind Namdev, Pradeep Singh Rawat, Nirmal Rishi Vijay Patkar, Chandan Prabhakar, Pankaj Berry, Jaiprakash Shaw, Akarsh Alagh Balwinder Bikki, Sharhan Singh, Rupinder Kaur Rupi, Malkit Raul, Ra. Dhallwal, Tirath Singh Gill and many others graced the Chandigarh Music and Phil Festival (CMFF).
The highlight of the festival were the sessions with leading personalities of the Indian film industry like Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Madhur Bhandarkar, Kiran Juneja, Pankaj Berry, Chandan Prabhakar, Pradeep Singh Rawat, Govind Namdev, Vija Patkar, Akarsh Alagh, Jai Prakash Shaw, Binnu Dhillon. Smeep Kang and Bhawan Sharma. He shared insights and experiences with the audience.Topics range from his creative process, understanding characters and emotions, to the business side of filmmaking. Chandigarh University students were amazed by the stories shared, noted filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar said, “Chandigarh Film Festival provides a golden opportunity for budding artists, giving them a chance to experience, learn and grow. Moreover, It serves as a platform for aspiring students to interact directly with the artists they admire, fostering invaluable exchange, guidance and inspiration for the future of cinema, the film festival Rajesh Sharma, Festival Director, said, “We are proud of these 3 days. This edition showcased over 2 independent films from April 7 to 9, 2024. The festival featured a diverse selection of films and short films showcasing the talent and creativity of local filmmakers.
