Earlier on Saturday, SIT arrested H.D. Revanna, the main accused in the kidnapping case.
The woman, who had gone missing on April 29, was locked in the farmhouse when SIT officials reached there following a tip-off.
Rajagopal was missing ever since the SIT searched for the missing woman in her farmhouse.
The woman will be brought to Bengaluru where her statement will be recorded.
On Friday, Karnataka Police arrested H.D. FIR registered against. Revanna is linked to the kidnapping of a woman who is believed to be one of the victims of the sex video scandal involving his son Prajwal Revanna.

His relative Satish Babu, named as the second accused in the FIR, was arrested by the police from Mysuru district on Friday.
The woman's son alleged that his mother has gone missing after an alleged sex video surfaced in which Prajwal Revanna can be seen sexually assaulting her.
