Bhubaneswar, Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram on Saturday urged Odisha SC and ST Development Department officials to give priority to vocational courses to ensure livelihood opportunities for the tribal youth.

Chairing a meeting to review the programs undertaken by the department, Oram advised upgrading senior secondary schools to degree colleges.
