The accused was arrested near the Peripheral Expressway flyover in Baghpat.

STF officials said the accused has been identified as Vikram Pahal, a resident of Jind, Haryana.

He said he was recruited as a constable in Delhi Police in 2010 and served in various units for about 14 years.

Officials said the accused met Ravi Attri, one of the two alleged masterminds of the question paper leak case, through his childhood friend Niti from Sonipat, Haryana, and got involved in leaking question papers of various recruitment exams.

He said that he only arranged for Nature Valley Resort in Manesar o Gurugram, Haryana, where more than 500 candidates were asked to read and solve the question paper.

He said Haryana Resort owner Satish Dhankar was arrested from his hideout on March 21.

An ST official said, "Apart from Nature Valley Resort, the racketeers had arranged study and solving facilities for around 300 candidates at Shiv Mahashakti Resort in Rewa. The involvement of Shiv Mahashakti Resort is still under investigation "

Earlier on April 3, Rajeev Nayan Mishra, 32, one of the two masterminds of the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable exam question paper leak, was arrested by the STF from Gautam Buddha Nagar. He revealed that candidates were asked to solve the question paper on February 16, about 24 hours before the recruitment exam scheduled for February 17 and 18 earlier this year.

Ravi Attri, the second kingpin of the paper leak, was also arrested from Gautam Buddha Nagar on April 10.

More than 400 people have been arrested so far in the paper leak case.
