New Delhi, Automobile industry body SIAM on Tuesday said wholesale sales of passenger vehicles in India increased 1.3 percent year-on-year to 3,35,629 units in April.
Passenger vehicle (PV) deliveries from companies to dealers in April 2023 stood at 3,31,278 units.
According to data released by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), wholesale sales of two-wheelers increased by 31 percent to 17,51,393 units last month, compared to 13,38,588 units in April last year.
Wholesale sales of three-wheelers increased by 14.5 percent to 49,116 units last month from 42,885 units in April 2023.
