Kota (Rajasthan): Two teenage cousins died on Monday after drowning in a water-logged mine in a village here. Police gave this information.

Dabi police station SHO Anil Joshi said two teenagers – Rohit (14) and his cousin Draupadi (16) – were passing through a water-filled mine in front of their house when Rohit accidentally slipped into the mine and started drowning. . , Said.
He told that Draupadi jumped to save her brother but both of them drowned.
On receiving information about the incident, a police team reached the spot and rescued both the victims from the mine and took them to the local hospital, where doctors declared them brought dead.
He said the police handed over the body to the family members after postmortem during the day and registered a case under relevant sections to investigate the actual cause of death.
