New Delhi: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) on Friday opened an exhibition commemorating Kargil Vijay Diwas for the public at Rajiv Chowk metro station, a statement said.
According to the statement, an exhibition was inaugurated on Friday at Rajiv Chowk Metro station, one of the largest inter-change stations in the Delhi Metro network, to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas.
It said that the exhibition has been organized by the National Book Trust in collaboration with DMRC.
The exhibition installed in the visitor gallery of the station showcases details about Param Vir Chakra, Mahavir Chakra and other gallantry award winners in the Kargil war, it will be displayed till Kargil Vijay Diwas on 26th July.
