According to the trends around 1 pm, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP)-led alliance is leading in 158 constituencies in the 175-member assembly, while the YSRCP is leading in only 20 constituencies.

TDP seems to be gaining power on its own with lead in 131 constituencies. The first two trends are also related to former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu went in favor of the party led by Naidu.

TDP's ally, Jana Sena Party (JSP) led by actor-politician Pawan Kalyan is leading in 20 constituencies, while Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is ahead in seven.

Senior TDP leader G. Butchaiah Chaudhary made a significant lead against YSRCP's Backward Class Welfare Minister Cheluboina Venugopala Krishna in Rajahmundry Rural seat.In Rajahmundry City constituency, TDP's Adireddy Srinivas is leading.

Chief Minister and YSRCP President Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and TDP president Chandrababu Naidu had taken early leads in Pulivendula and Kuppam constituencies respectively.

Pawan Kalyan is also leading in Pithapuram assembly constituency. JSP Political Affairs Committee Chairman Nadendla Manohar has also taken the lead in Tenali constituency.

Chandrababu Naidu's brother-in-law and actor N. Balkrishna is leading in Hindupur, while Naidu's son and TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh is also leading in Mangalagiri.The tripartite alliance got a clear lead in all three regions, South Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema.

Except Kadapa, the home district of Jagan Mohan Reddy, the alliance is heading towards victory in all the districts. Almost all the ministers are trailing in their respective constituencies.

NDA is also leading in 20 out of 25 Lok Sabha seats in the state. TDP was ahead in 16 constituencies. BJP candidates had taken lead in four constituencies, while JSP was ahead in two places.YSRCP candidates are leading in three Lok Sabha constituencies.

A massive voter turnout of 82.73 percent was recorded in the simultaneous elections for the Assembly and Lok Sabha on May 13.

In 2019, the YSRCP won a landslide victory by winning 151 of the 175 assembly seats with 49.95 percent vote share. TDP could secure 23 seats with 39.17 percent votes, while the remaining seats went to Jana Sena.

YSR Congress also won 22 Lok Sabha seats, while the remaining three went to TDP.BJP and Congress did not get any benefit in both the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections.

This time, the state saw a direct fight between the YSRCP and the NDA, which includes the TDP, Jana Sena and the BJP.

Under the seat sharing agreement, TDP contested 144 assembly and 17 Lok Sabha seats.

JSP fielded candidates in 21 assembly constituencies and two Lok Sabha constituencies. BJP contested 10 assembly and six Lok Sabha seats.A total of 2,387 candidates are in the fray for the assembly elections. 454 candidates tried their luck for 25 Lok Sabha seats.

The Congress party fielded its candidates in 159 assembly and 23 Lok Sabha constituencies.

It has left the remaining seats for its allies CPI and CPI-M. However, none of them were leading in any assembly or Lok Sabha constituency.
