'Blackout' is a comedy-thriller that explores the depth of human nature and the consequences of one's actions in adverse circumstances. Crime reporter Lenny, played by Vikrant Massey, gets caught in a web of greed and misfortune.Highlighting the challenges faced during the shoot, especially the difficulties of filming at night time, Vikrant said, "We had a lot of fun during the shoot, but it was also a tough task as we had to shoot the whole night. It was challenging. It was because it was raining heavily and your entire car was damaged. Sometimes when it's raining heavily and you're filming at night, a 360-degree check was done to make sure the wipers didn't work. That every camera was positioned properly and every piece of equipment was in place. The main emphasis was on the safety of the equipment."

He further added, “It was challenging not only for the actors but also for the crew because you are shooting all night which is mentally and physically tiring and changes your body cycle.Blocking roads, shooting action sequences and crashing cars was difficult."

He said, "When I came to know about the film and the person behind it, I became curious; I had a strong desire to meet him. I have heard about such stories, but have never seen such projects before.
