Addressing a huge gathering in Odisha's Bargarh Lok Sabha constituency, P Modi said the Congress leader's statement is an insult to President Draupadi Murmuntri and the entire tribal community.

He said that BJP made a tribal daughter of Odisha the President of India but Congress and its allies are repeatedly insulting President Murmu.

“President Draupadi Murmu recently visited Ram temple. He worshiped in the sanctum sanctorum of Ram temple. He sought blessings from Ramlala for the prosperity of the country. The next day, a Congress leader said that the Ram temple would be purified with Ganga water. Is this not an insult to the country, mothers, sisters and the entire tribal society?” PM Modi asked.

He also urged the people to "punish" the Congress for insulting President Draupadi Murmu by confiscating the deposits of the party's candidates in every Lok Sabha and Assembly seat.

PM Modi also said that Congress is trying to snatch the rights of SC/ST or OBC by backstabbing the Constitution. He described himself as the "watchman" of the rights of all the poor and deprived people of the country.PM Modi told the gathering that everyone should be cautious of the Congress party.

“Congress wants to give its vote bank by snatching away the reservation rights of ST/SC and OBC. When a tribal daughter is on the highest constitutional post and your chief servant, who belongs to a backward caste, is on the post of Prime Minister, then no one has the power to stab the Constitution in the back. Modi will not let anyone snatch the rights of ST/SC and OBC.

Referring to senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Prime Minister Modi said that the 'Prince' of Congress is talking about the Constitution these days but he tore the Constitution into pieces during a press conference.

He said that this is an insult not only to the Cabinet and the Government of India but also to the Constitution.

PM Modi further said that this time Congress will get less seats than its 'Prince' Rahul Gandhi and it will also lose the status of recognized opposition party in Parliament.
