Thane: A 22-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly molesting a woman traveling inside a suburban train, a Thane Railway Police official said on Friday.
According to the complaint of the 32-year-old victim, the incident took place on Thursday when she was traveling in a general coach and the accused asked her for money for the religious pilgrimage, the officer said.
"He gave her Rs 10. Later he touched her inappropriately. The man has been charged under sections of the IPC for sexually assaulting her," the officer said.
