In South Chennai, BJP's Tamilisai Soundararajan is trailing DMK's Tamizhachi Thangapandian by 36346 votes.Meanwhile, Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam's Kanimozhi Karunanidhi is leading over All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam's Sivasamy Velumani R by 175991 votes.

DMK's Dayanidhi Maran is leading over Bharatiya Janata Party's Vinoj by 63631 votes.

From Sivagangai, Congress's Karti P. Chidambaram is leading over All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam leader Xavierdas A by 63368 votes.
