New Delhi, According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Delhiites woke up to a cloudy sky on Saturday morning and the minimum temperature was recorded at 27.1 degrees Celsius, which is 0.8 degrees below the season's average.

The weather department has predicted generally cloudy sky with possibility of light rain during the day. It said that the maximum temperature is likely to be around 33 degrees Celsius.

The IMD said the humidity at 8.30 am was 86 percent.

According to the Central Pollution Control Board, the air quality index (AQI) of the national capital was recorded in the 'satisfactory' category with a reading of 64 at 9 am.

An AQI between zero and 50 is considered 'good', between 51 and 100 'satisfactory', between 101 and 200 'moderate', between 201 and 300 'poor', between 301 and 400 'very poor' and 401 and between 500 is considered 'severe'.
