"On Monday, information about a fatal accident was received at Sadar Bazar police station. On reaching the spot, it was found that a person named Rahul (36), resident of Karol Bagh, was hit by a dumper truck and he died on the spot.
“Upon enquiry, it was revealed that the deceased was walking towards his home when the dumper truck hit him. A large crowd had gathered at the spot, fearing that they might burn the truck. The mob also beat up the driver and refused to hand him over to the police,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police (North), M.K. he said. Meena.
