New Delhi, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Monday named a panel of Speakers to help run the proceedings of the House.
Birla named Jagdambika Pal, PC Mohan, Sandhya Rai, Dilip Saikia, A Raja, Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar, Krishna Prasad and Avadhesh Prasad.
When the Speaker is not at the Speaker's Chair, the Speaker's panel presides over the proceedings of the House. They enjoy all the powers vested in the Speaker.
The 18th Lok Sabha was formed after the recently held parliamentary elections.
