According to the Election Commission, NDA is leading on 34 seats in Bihar, while the Grand Alliance is leading on only six seats.

Janata Dal (United) led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is performing brilliantly in Bihar.

JDU is ahead on 15 seats while BJP is ahead on 13 seats.

Both these parties contested elections on 16 and 17 seats respectively in Bihar.

Apart from them, LJPRV, which is contesting on five seats, is leading on all five, while RJD, which is contesting on 23 seats, is leading on only three seats.

CPI(ML) contested on three seats and is leading on two seats.

In Bihar, Congress had contested elections on nine seats and is leading on one seat and HAMS, which contested elections on only one seat, is leading on it.

Karakat was considered the hot seat of Bihar due to Bhojpuri star Pawan Singh contesting the elections as an independent candidate. However, he is lagging here and has reached third place.

Here Rajaram Kushwaha of CPI (ML) is leading with 36,671 votes and Upendra Kushwaha of NDA is at second place.

In Purnia, JDU candidate Santosh Kushwaha is leading over independent Pappu Yadav by 4,453 votes. RJD's Bima Bharti is in third place.

-In Buxar, BJP's Mithilesh Tiwari is leading over RJD's Sudhakar Singh by a margin of just 1153 votes.

In Gaya (SC reserved) seat, Jitan Ram Manjhi is leading over RJD's Kumar Sarvjeet by 82,007 votes.
