According to property registration documents obtained and analyzed by real estate advisor SquareYards.com, Khan has executed a deed of transfer of a residential property in his name in Mumbai's Bandra suburb. The actor has acquired this prestigious property for Rs 9.75 crore.

The transfer deed, which was finalized on June 25, attracted stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000.
